Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

We reserved the right to change our shipping rates at any time, without notice.

  • GROUND. At Present, offers FREE ground shipping via USPS on orders going to any destination in the contiguous United States. Please allow 3-8 business days for arrival and processing time.
  • EXPEDITED. We offer expedited orders via UPS 2-Day delivery and UPS Overnight.
  • INTERNATIONAL. International shipping is available and shipping rates will be calculated based on destination at checkout. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, and fees, which are the full responsibility of the recipient. International packages ship via DHL or UPS.

Delivery:

Delivery is to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

  • WE SHIP ORDERS TO any U.S. address, and orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. We also accept international orders.
  • WE CANNOT ARRANGE deliveries to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for all deliveries.
  • WE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE at the time of delivery on all packages from orders over $1,000. Please provide a daytime address where someone can sign to ensure you receive your order safely.
    • We can waive package signature upon request by the customer only; we cannot be responsible for this action by the customer.
    • The signature required at delivery is for insurance purposes. If you choose to waive the signature, you accept full responsibility should loss, theft, or damage occur during shipping. All waived signature purchases will be deemed final and are not subject to the Refund Policy.

Shipping:

All in-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 days after placing your order. However, please note that many items are made-to-order, and there will be a production lead time.

Lead Times:

The lead time is always listed on the product page with an estimated delivery date. We will always send shipping and delivery email confirmations so you can stay updated along the way!
