Refund policy
We want you to love your piece. Seriously, you should love your jewelry! We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after purchasing your items to request a return or exchange.
Not sure are you going to love it? Uncertain how it will fit? We are delighted to facilitate at-home try-ons. If it doesn't work or you aren't in love with it when you see it in person, we're delighted to take it back for a full-refund.
To be eligible for a return:
Your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: International orders and personalized pieces are not eligible for return.
To start a return:
You can contact us at today@atpresent.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The general return process states that we will:
- Email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- You will attach the return shipping label to the package and drop the package off at a nearby UPS store.
- Once your return package has been received, we will review it and process the return.
- You will receive a return email notification.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at today@atpresent.com.
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong items so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, or custom products (such as personalized items). International orders are ineligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your items.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items.
