- We do not honor price adjustments on items purchased before a sale. Kindly note that orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
- If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
We all love a deal, but there are a few little rules:
- Only one code may be used per order.
- Certain items are excluded from special offers.
- Codes may not be applied after an order is processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery will be arranged to the address specified by you on the completed order form. To ensure you receive your order safely, please give a daytime address where someone can sign for the delivery. All orders over $1,000 are delivered with Signature Required.
We cannot arrange deliveries to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for all deliveries.
GROUND: At Present offers FREE ground shipping via USPS on orders going to any destination in the contiguous United States. Please allow 3-8 business days for arrival in addition to processing time.
EXPEDITED: We offer expedited orders via UPS 2-Day delivery and UPS Overnight. Shipments are delivered on business days.
We ship orders to any U.S. address. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery.
International packages ship with a flat fee of $35. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, and fees, which are the full responsibility of the recipient.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 days of order. However, please note that many items are made-to-order and there will be a production lead time.
The lead time is always listed on the product page. We will always send shipping and delivery email confirmations so you can stay updated along the way!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your piece so if you're in no way thrilled with your order within 100 days of purchase, please return or exchange it. Seriously, you should love your jewelry! However, your return is required to be in unused condition with original packaging. Engraved or personalized items cannot be returned.
Please note that International orders are not eligible for return.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return or exchange and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to use.
Once you have your label, simply drop your package off at a nearby UPS store. As soon as your returned item has been received, we will review it and process the return. At this point you will receive a return email notification. Then it generally takes 2-5 days to see the refund hit your bank statement.
Just follow the return process (stated above) for your unwanted product and then place a new order for the desired product.
